Academy
The aim of the ConnXN Academy is to help you keep your customers happy!
By keeping your customers happy, you not only retain them, but also find opportunities to grow more business with them.
How do we do this? By offering mentoring and training based on over 30 years of my relationship management experience. I provide a Relationship Roadmap that will bring anything you have done with customers before to a new superior level.
I provide workshops, webinars, on-line courses and personal coaching for individuals and teams that teaches a unique 6-step relationship building and evaluating process.
This is NOT a CRM tool. It’s a process that digs blow the surface and helps you understand where you are now with your relationships and where you should be.
It helps you identify who are the people you should really be spending your time with and allows you to step back and see what sort of coverage you have across all your key contacts.
